Tubeclamps are Hot Dip Galvanised (BS EN ISO 1461). Tube clamp are easy to use with no welding, bending or threading. All you need is a hexagon key to tighten the set screws. They come in a range of sizes, please see images to see what size each clamp is available in.

Right Angle Bend

Creates a 90° sharp angle change in a handrail run or joining a handrail to a post.
90° Elbow

Creates a 90° end joining a handrailing to a post. Can also be used to create a 90° turn in a handrailing run.
120° Elbow

Creates a 30° angle (standard stair angle) join where handrail meets posts.
4 Way Corner

Creates a 90° corner joint between knee rails and post. The post must be a continuous length from base to top rail. The part is supplied in two pieces.
3 Way Corner

Creates a 90° corner joint between handrails and post. The part is supplied in two pieces. Can also be used to join a post at the end of a stair run to a knee rail.
60° 3 Way Tee

Creates a 30° connection between handrail and post (standard stair angle).
3 Way Tee

Creates a 90° connection of the handrail tube to the post. Can also be used to connect post at the end of run to knee rail. Not recomended for joining handrail tube.
3 Way Long Tee

Creates a 90° connection of the handrail tube to the post. Can also be used to connect post at the end of run to knee rail. Can be used for joining lengths of handrailing tube.
60° 4 Way Cross

Creates a 30° cross connection between knee rail and post (standard stair angle). The post must be a continuous length from base to top rail.
4 Way Cross

Creates a 90° connection of the knee rail tube to the post. The post must be a continuous length from base to top rail.
Stainless Steel Connection Bolts

M6 x 60 Stainless steel button head bolt and recessed nut.
GRP Profiled Toeplate 150x15x3mm (6.000mm long)

This toe plate is designed specifically for the modular handrail and fits over the stanchion base foot enabling the toe plate to be flush with the walkway surface.
Universal Joint Connector

Used to allow a change in angle of hand or knee rail in any plain or angle. The universal joints fit over the tube and can be adhesive bonded or bolted.
Universal 3 Way

A versatile fitting that can be used as a variable angle connection between rails and posts on ramps and transitions between landings and stairs. Fitting supplied in 3 pieces.
Universal 4 Way

A versatile fitting that can be used as a variable angle connection between rails and posts on ramps and trasitions between landings and stairs. Fitting supplied in 4 pieces.
Triangular Post Base

Triangular, 3-hole base foot for terminating a run of handrailing to a verticle wall. It can also be used as a base foot for stairs as it allows closer fitting to stair tread.
Square Post Base

Square, 4-hole structural base foot for posts. When fixing on uneven ground the rubber base foot pad (below) will need to be used to prevent deformation & cracking.
P Joint

Primarily used when installing handrailing around a circle as the angle can easily be adjusted. Connection bolts are tightened which holds the post firm.
Spigot

A 300mm length of 38mm OD tube, to form a joint between two lengths of handrail. This is secured with two 45mm bolts supplied.
Side Fit Base

A structural base socket where a side fitting is required to stairs, ramps & platforms. The socket is a pinch fit, so when the anchor bolts are tightened, it holds the post firmly in place.
5mm Rubber Base Foot Pad (Black)

A 5mm thick rubber pad used in conjunction with the square base pad, where the surface is uneven thus creating a solid base.

Stainless Steel M10 Base Feet Connectors

For connecting standards to the base feet M10 x 80 Stainless steel hex head bolt and nut and includes two number washers.


The DDA range has been designed to meet the requirements laid down in the Equality Act 2010 (Previously the Disability Discrimination Act) by providing a handrail solution that complies with Part ‘M’ of the Building Regulations 2004.” The rail comes in the 42.4mm size only and can be powder coated a range of colours to give a warmer touch.
